About the story
It is May 30, the weekend of Springbrook Gardens’ fiftieth annual festival. For four young friends, it should be a celebration filled with music, games, fireworks and food. Everything changes when they discover a UFO in the forest and learn that a global alien attack will begin in their town.
The military intends to prevent the invasion by bringing down the mothership—even though it will crush Springbrook Gardens and everyone the boys care about. Warning the town should be simple, but the boys are known as the Cry Wolves Gang. After years of wild stories, no one believes a word they say.
With less than twenty-four hours, they must prevent a war between the military and the aliens, even if saving their town costs them their lives. Along the way, they will uncover a secret about the origins of mankind that could astonish the world.
